“ My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Mielo last night! The food was delicious. In particular the octopus was very tender and all of the meat was high quality. Thank you to Engin and his team, especially the Manager and Jericho for looking after us so well. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with nice live background music playing. For mains, the lasagna was comfort food at its finest, the lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the burger was a hit with the boys! “ Been here a few times. Food was always great and service was even better. Was there with some friends and two babies for brunch - the staff were all so friendly and helpful with the kids. Even gave the babies fresh fruits for snacks without us asking. Definitely 5 star experience. The only suggestion is that they should probably think about having more than one high chair it’s such a great restaurant with nice setting and enough space for small and bigger groups. Plenty of space for buggies (what mummies love). Will definitely come back ”

Also had live music, two solo singers alternating, both very good and the music at a level where you could hear it easily but it did not interrupt conversation. Final bill was around 45/person including drinks which for the quality and it being London was good value. Would definitely go back. Thanks for a lovely evening. ”
“ Booked Mielo for an “early bird” supper (or a very late lunch) before going to see a show. We went for the lunch/early evening set course menu & had two courses for 25 each. I was expecting the portions to be a bit smaller because we went for the set menu but I was wrong, they were really generous! The food was delicious and very flavourful. The service was lovely, very attentive and friendly. One of the staff even chased after us after we left to give us complimentary after dinner sweets. The atmosphere was relaxed and the interior was stylish. Top marks for the great music too! Would recommend if you’re looking for good food at a decent price in central London that isn’t a tourist trap. ”
